The connector going into the Unhappy customers leave container was coming from the wrong activity block. I moved the end from the first block in the Customer gets Service block and onto the block in the Customer arrives and waiting in line block. I also had to make this connector the 2nd connector leaving that block so that only tokens that failed to acquire a service desk after the max wait timer fired would go down this connector.

I also added Desk Worker 2 to the Desk Workers group since that hadn't been done yet.

Hi Mathew, thanks so much for your help so far! I have finished some tutorial, and I want to try to build a model for work. It is a Pathology flow for slides (tissue that they look under the microscope) I have done some tutorials, but none of them apply to a situation similar to the Pathology flow. For these flow, the have to manually carried the slides around. What are some functions I can use to be able to have the people carry the slides? The below is my process flow:

Receive slides – log slides – deliver slides – path review – pick up slides – log slides – store slides

Any tips? Thank you!

You can use the create object activity to create items for people to pick up and then you can use the task sequence activities to have workers do their tasks - load to pick up, unload to drop off, and travel to walk around.

If you have further questions please ask them as new separate questions.

I'm certainly not sure how to use the task sequence

You're already using the Travel task activity in this model. You can use the Load and Unload activities in much the same way.
