Hi @david.chan,

What graphics hardware do you have?

Can you include a screenshot from FlexSim's Help>About FlexSim popup showing the card and graphics info?

Hi @david.chan,

Another tip if you're in a hurry, you can roll back your driver by downloading a different version using Nvidia's advanced driver search.

@Ben Wilson @phil.bobo

I have new findings. Please watch the three clips. They are running with nVidia the same setting. This condition is consistent to all versions whether the version is added to the specific program setting.

Try turning off all those customizations in the Nvidia Control Panel.

Do you even know what those do? Is there a reason why you set them?

Turn all those bold, changed settings back to their defaults and see if that fixes your issue.

FlexSim should work fine with Nvidia driver 445.75:

@phil.bobo It seems that there is a report of this driver version. New release should be coming out soon. The current advise is to roll back to 442.74
