Queue Capacity controlling through process flow

Trying to control Queue 2 capacity through process flow. But I am not successful. Any feedback how to achieve this.

I'm attaching model for reference.

Hi, attached you find a model that includes a Zone. As seen on the picture you can set the quantity of the Queue (and parts on the way through it) in Zone.
