We need to create a model of a Waiting Room to understand its capacity. We will have several inputs, like patient Arrivals (based on appt time), filling put paper work time, go and take vitals to a room, go back to waiting room after vitals are taken, appt duration, etc.
Here's a simple model with a combination of scheduled and random arrival patients who spend time in a waiting room. I video-d myself building the model and giving suggestions. Here's a link to the video:
