Question about Tutorial Model-Waiting Room Model Found Online

My online tutorial abut a Waiting Room, is telling me that I will find the "Instanced Process Flow Option" on the "Create Person" activity. First, I have a "Create Patient" activity, not a "Create Person", and my activity does not have the "Instanced Process Flow Option". Can someone help me? I havehttps://tmnsimulation.com.au/flexsimhelp/Tutorials/PeopleBasedModels/1-1BuildWaitingArea/1-1BuildWaitingArea.html attached the model. The 2nd question is..for the "Patient Track" flow, I'm having a hard time selecting the Registration Desk in the "Acquire Location" activity. The Registration Desk belongs to the Registration group, so I dont understand why I cant select it. I have attached my model, and the tutorial I found. Thank you Tutorial_Waiting_Room_autosave.fsm

It looks like you're using FlexSim HC 2020 software, but you're not using the tutorial for that version. In fact, I have no idea how you even found that version of the tutorial. Try using this link: HC Tutorial 1.1.

This should help you figure everything out.
