FlexSim Update Question

Hello,

I updated my FlexSim to Update 1, but now when I open my models I am getting the following message

I don't understand because I have FlexSim 2020 Update 1 installed. When I try to run the simulation, I'm not getting error message associated with StatisticCollector like so

exception: Exception Caught in ObjectFunction353__project_library_statistics_StatisticsCollector_behaviour_eventfunctions_OnPostReset object: /Tools/StatisticsCollectors/M_PickerPieChart class: MAIN:/project/library/statistics/StatisticsCollector

exception: Exception caught in TreeNode::callMemberFunction() c++/dll execution. Throwing... MAIN:/project/library/statistics/StatisticsCollector>behaviour/eventfunctions/OnPostReset c: /Tools/StatisticsCollectors/M_PickerPieChart thisClass: MAIN:/project/library/statistics/StatisticsCollector

exception: Exception caught in evaluation of MAIN:/project/events/OnPostResetModel/notify subscribers

I'm not sure how to handle this. How can I move past these messages? I've uploaded my model before

Unfortunately, FlexSim models are mostly forward compatible. This means that once a model has been opened in a newer version, it will no longer work in the original, older version. For example, a model built in FlexSim 19.0 can be opened in 20.0, but once it has been opened in 20.0, it will not work in 19.0.

Additionally, sometimes there are major updates to functions or other features in FlexSim that will throw errors when you update because the newer version doesn't like deprecated functions.

For these reasons, FlexSim asks if you'd like to save your model under a different name when opening models in different versions. It sounds like you may have FlexSim models set to always open using 20.0 instead of 20.1. Maybe try changing your default application settings in Windows or use the FlexSim Version Selector to see if it solves the issue.
