Process flow item creation with subflow to move items

Replen works for 2 boxes.fsmIn the attached model, I have 1 picker and 1 replenisher. On the replenishment process flow, there is a subflow where the replenisher places the first box into the rack, retrieves the second box but then stops before reaching the rack. I'm wondering what is wrong (assuming the problem is within the subflow). Also, if I wanted to have the replenisher move more than 1 box, how would I accomplish that? Any help is appreciated!

@Benjamin W2, thank you so much for explaining the issue with my labels and for the example of how to move multiple items. I am not sure how the Process Flow node error was introduced, but thanks for fixing it! I appreciate your help!

Hi @fortnasim.administrator,

First, your model is throwing a weird error. Was someone changing a the "text" node in the Process Flow tree? I had to re-copy that node from a new model and paste it into your model to get rid of the error.

Second, in your "Replenishment" container, in your "Create Object: Rack Representation" activity, delete all of the "item." from your assign labels. These fields automatically assign labels to the created flowitems.

Third, I'm assuming you want the token's "Type" label on the flowitem as well? Make sure to assign it in the "Create Object: Rack Representation" activity to get rid of the errors that stem from the "OnEntry" trigger of Queue1.

At this point, your Replenishment flow should be working. Here is the attached model:

replen-works-for-2-boxes.fsm

To have your operators load more than one item, run a sub-flow:

MultipleItems.fsm
