For what it's worth, I researched Flexterm and found the following information about how to request support for that product.

"FlexSim CT was acquired by Moffat & Nichol, who have continued its development and released new versions under the moniker FlexTerm. New inquiries regarding FlexSim CT and FlexTerm should be directed to flextermsales@moffattnichol.com."
