how to pick boxes from pallet on rack

I have built a simple model for order picking simulation. The model that i'm trying to build is filling the rack with boxes on pallet, when using a transporter to pick item from the rack, it will pick only boxes from different pallets on the rack. However, I'm having difficulty in making the transporter to pick only boxes from pallet. Appreciate if any of you can help in this.
