Value not pushed to a list

Hello all,

We are having issues regarding some values that are not pushed to a list in spite of the corresponding tokens are on the push to list activities.

These values are unique flowitem`s references and we are using this list as a global one. I know I could share the model but it is a really big one that takes several hours to reach the issue. I took an screenshot of the list statistics to show what is happening. Apparently, values are entering the list but they were not pulled and they do not appear as content.

Does anybody come up with something that may be causing this?

I'm not sure what could be causing this. Is it possible to replicate this in a smaller model that you can share?

Hi @matt.long, We´ve tried to but still not able to replicate it. Basically, we are looking for Slot Items in a big Storage System and push them to a list. After some conditions are checked, we pull these values (which are unique) from this primary list and push them again to this global list that are we having issues with.

My only guess is that different tokens pull the same values from this primary list at the same time (which seems strange to me as when a value is pulled, it dissapears from a list as long as the Leave Entries from List checkbox is not checked) and push them twice to this second global list.

Thanks anyway!

It's curious that your Back Order Staytime stat is all 0's. When the back orders created, do they sit on the list for a while before being fulfilled? Perhaps if you could share the property settings for all of the associated activities and lists that might help.

Thank you @matt.long. We have all Back Order Staytime stats at 0 because we use Max Wait Timer. Here they are the list settings:

And here there are the pull and push settings:

Thank you.

Thanks @matt.long. We debugged the model and found out that the issue was happening because a pull order was created at same time and same partition as a push order. We solved it by putting a zone to limit this.

My guess would be that you're pushing values onto the list that are already on the list. When you have Unique Values checked in the list properties, pushing the same value onto the list will increment your input stat but the content stat will remain unchanged. That's why it may appear that what you pushed isn't being added to the list.

Hopefully this helps!

Hi @matt.long, we also have tried with the Unique Values option unchecked but the same issue happens.

Are you ever manually pulling items off the list or anything else like that? I just can't see any other way of having items putting pushed to the list but not increasing the content.
