Processors care priorities

Modelo 1.fsm Hola necesito ayuda con este proyecto de simulación, es del proceso de servicio en el cual llegan 9 tipos de servicios, los cuales generan 9 colas, son 14 procesadores que atienden los servicios en orden de prioridad, por ejemplo el asesor 1 debe atender en este orden V, M, P, D, R, C, las letras son los servicios, hice las conexiones de las colas en ese orden pero aún así la simulación es incorrecta con la cosa real, gracias

@lorena.r3 It appears that in your model the Asesor 1 and Asesor 2 werent set up correctly. Also the Queues will send the items to the first available Asesor in Output connection order. I would recommend try to create the flow that you want in Process Flow. You can use decision tasks that will help specify what you are trying to do.

It looks like this question may be part of a homework assignment or academic project. The professors who assign simulation modeling exercises using FlexSim expect that the academic integrity of their assignments will be maintained. In addition, we are supportive of Honor Codes (or Honor Pledges) that regulate the behavior surrounding academic assignments.
