AGV can't load special items

TASK 4.4 - CUSTOM AGV SETTINGS

AGV can't load waste or dirtylaundry from high floor when I am learning task 4.4 custom AGV settings of user manual.I don't know where the problem is.I will attach the model, so please check it. 2020-09-29-13-37-58.giftask4.4.fsm

Hello @PeterHe, This is an issue that is fixed in a bug fix release of 19.0. If you open a newer version of FlexSim then it will go away.

It is ok to open it in version 20.2, it is recommended to use version 20.2.
