how to make picking ordersform different racks

Hello dear community, I have to prepare different orders that start from several racks, these have to go to a picking area where they should be joined with different orders of various products at random. Within my data I have the orders that are sent and the quantity of the different product families, these orders should be chosen from different racks at random. The truth is not to enter this as a time table, or if I should get some kind of statistical distribution of this data by product family and then the orders are generated randomly. Any suggestions on how to do this or how you should approach the issue would be greatly appreciated.

You sketch your conditions on paper as a flow chart. Then you copy the flow charts into process flow - just the chart elements visually. Now it is time to fill in activities and change parameters. There are several Tutorials to learn process flow in the manual.

You could use the existing data of orders and picks to verfiy and partially validate the model. Then use generated orders according to a shape with fitted distributions to fully validate and evaluate changes/improvements you have in mind or to predict capacity.

How you represent that data is up to you and dependant on the type of analysis you'll do of the order data. Empirical distributions with frequency tables might make the most sense.
