Change capacity and load time of operators according to the itemtype

I have two separators, the first one separates a box and a pallet, the second one splits the box into several boxes. I want multiple operators to be able to pick and transport the boxes and pallets from both separators. The problem is that pallets must be transported by one piece and the boxes may be transported with a maxcontent of 3. Also, the boxes have load time of 30 per box.
