Batching

PalletBatching.fsmHi There, I am trying to batch by item type & batch qty from a table. the issue arise when I pull the first item from queue to assign to the pallets in queue, same item type are spread over the pallets restricting the batch from completion

Is there a reason why you have one box being placed on the pallet first and then waiting for the rest of the boxes before moving them to the pallet?

Also could the pallet be created when a batch is ready for it?

I could create a process flow that is completely different from what you have and that follows your written object above.

Thanks Jeanette, the only reason I am placing one box on the pallet is just that’s the way I was able to assign a item type to the pallet. It is not required if I can batch by item type and qty with a different method.
