How to load a tote to wanted destination first

When the simulation starts, I would like the transporter to load a tote to the right most combiner (combiner 4 and 5) first. I tried using the priority setting but didn't work so well. Please help, thank you.

The simplest way at start woud be to add a tiny delay the creation of the other totes.
