Is it a view refresh problem or a timing problem?

Hi,

When I right-click in the blank area of 3D modeling or speed up (run speed more than 5 or higher ), the movement of the basic conveyor ( Legacy Conveyors ) fails , while the conveyor of Conveyor System is not affected.

The specific performance is that the timing will be disrupted. The box cannot be synchronized with the selected Pallet. In other words, Repeated random stream , With different run-speed or right-click , the display effect and running result are completely different.

What's the problem?

You shouldn't be doing anything that relies on FlexSim drawing in between events.

If you want the box to synchronise with the pallet - why don't you put it on the pallet?

When the box travel finished on the branch line , Legacy conveyor, which is hidden , I did move the box into the pallet . I mean the command bcsetitemconveystate is not working properly.

Okay but we can't tell that from the video. Please upload the model with a description of what's happening at what time vs. what should happen at that time.

You need to call updatelocations() on the conveyor and the processor before the move.
