state on conveyors

What is the best way to determine bottleneck spots on a conveyor system with several conveyors? I was hoping state graphs worked but they don't show a blocked state. I tried adding stations and decision points to get states but they don't show blocked either. Any easy way to show where things are blocked or do you have to manually set states on each conveyor?

There is a trigger "on bumbed" where you can send a message which identify the up object of involved item and increment a label. If implement this on every conveyor section you get a distribution whenever items bumb into one another.

I'll look at that, not sure if it would work because some conveyor sections only hold 1 item and i have entry space requirements to keep them spaced. I really just want to see when the item had to stop and can't move forward or which conveyors are full the most (but i know there isn't a capacity limit to check).

The on bumped didn't work in my case since items are spaced, would love to see the ability to do a state bar chart on conveyors showing empty and blocked time.

@Amy M3 are your conveyors non-accumulating then? If they are, you can create a state chart to get the blocked time. I've included a small example of how to do this.
