A-star grid Z-height problem (multiple grids)

Hello,

I have three grids at Z-heights of 0, 1 and 2 meters. Model doesn't allow the middle grid to be moved between the other two. But if the heights are 0, 1.1 and 2.2 meters, then it allows.

What is this strange height limit?

This is technically by design, but we should make it more flexible. It was designed to prevent users from stacking grids on top of each other, making the mapping from 3D locations to grid locations ambiguous. The logic gives "exclusivity" to a grid one grid size in the z direction. For example, if your grid size is 1 meter, then it will prevent you from putting another grid within 1 meter in the z direction. If you change your grid size to 0.999, then it would let you put another grid at one meter.

I'll add an item to our dev list to make this exclusivity distance less, or at least give the user the benefit of the doubt when they're on the edge of the range.
