I want to create 5 boxes of one type and 5 boxes on another in seperate bins then i want to load both of those bins in transporter to be carried away. Someone please give me some hint how to do it?

Use separate sources for the types. Have them lead into combiners which pack them into bins. Then the transporter can pick them up via 3d port-connection logic.
These are all basic functions in FlexSim, so if you are unfamiliar with them I'd suggest you look up the corresponding pages in the manual (and/or work through some tutorials).
