Hello I am creating Just in time delivery system for assembly line. For model, I want transporter to pick up 3 item from 3 different location and deliver to assembly line at 3 respective location.
I am using process flow for transporter movement but it is not working. Transporter is not picking up model from 3 different location I am attaching the model below. can you please help with model (File Name - JIT Simulation 2 Frame at time - Copy)
I was able to get the behavior you wanted using the synchronize process flow activity. An item entering any of the first 3 queues will activate an event-triggered source which begins a Load Sub Flow. Only when all of these are completed will it move on to the Unload Sub Flows.
Though I would recommend using the AGV path instead of network nodes, as it makes the pickup/dropoffs cleaner.
