In this model I want operator pick 5 parts at a time from rack and place in queue and then operator pick 1 part from queue and work on processor, once process done then go to queue and pick 1 part and work on processor and so on, once 5 parts complete from queue then operator pick 5 parts from rack and place on queue.

You can accomplish this in a few ways.
One way is to use triggers to open and close the port to the Queue. Once items arrive the input port closes to the queue. The processor sends a message to the queue when it is done with an item. The Queue checks to see if it is empty when it receives a message and if it is then it opens the input port.

Another way to accomplish this is to use process flow. In the 3D view I added that the rack pushes the items to a list. In the process flow the token pulls 5 items from the list, creates a task sequences to load and unload the items, and then waits till both the queue and processor are empty till it cycles.
