Operator Utilization

I have not connected operators to any stations in my model. But I want the operators to be shown as busy or utilized in the dashboard chart.

I just want to make the state as busy without any operators movement in the dashboard for experimental purpose.

How to set this?

Just set their state once a the start of the model. An easy way is to put them in a group and use a small block of process flow activities.
