How to put imported image in the bottom layer?

Hi:

I imported an image and on the top I constructed some objects and made connections among them. However, some of the connection lines are hidden by the image. How do I make the connection appear? It is clearly if I can put the image in the bottom layer, it will do the job. But how?

Here below is my current graph. The connections are hidden.

What I expect is below.

Here is my flexsim file.

Move the background a tiny bit below the floor. In the picture I actually used 0.005 which gets rounded due to the default decimal precision of 2. A larger value might lead to the background getting blocked by the floor at certain angles. (If you don't need it you can also just delete the floor, so that wouldn't be a problem).
