where is conveyor type 1?

Hi,

In the primer book by Allen Greenwood, there is a conveyor-type option, but mine does not have one. So where can I find it? Also, Since I have several conveyors, how can I adjust the conveyor speed from 1 m/s to 1.5 m/s by changing the conveyor type once and for all instead of changing the parameter in every conveyor one by one?

conveyor types were removed in FlexSim 21.0.0. Please refer to release notes.

Conveyors properties are adjusted by feature property table, which allows to change values over more objects.

Could you be more specific on property table? How does it apply to my case?

@Jyhjeng D2 Here's how you can change the speed of all conveyors using a property table:

  • Click on a conveyor and then in Properties click the property table button at the top of the Conveyor Behavior panel1677867648874.png
  • Choose Create New Property Table > Basic Conveyor Properties1677867732812.png
  • Click on the Speed column to select the Speed cell for all conveyors and then click the dropdown button1677867842019.png
  • Enter the new speed value and then press Apply to all1677867936277.png
