Licence activation

Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I have an educational FlexSim license, Unfortunately, a few months ago I encountered a problem with my laptop, and now I have a new one. However, I'm facing difficulties activating the license on my new laptop. Could you please assist me with this issue?
