Is there a destination option under create object for the process flow in the video I am watching it seems as there is.

Yes, you can specify where the object is created in the Create Object activity. You can find more documentation on the Create Object activity here.
If you want to add a destination label to created objects you can also "assign labels to created objects" and sample an object from your 3D model. This could be used in routing logic by sending flow items to the label item.destination
