When using a network node to establish a transporter path, a new Traveltask is created to go to an entity, and the task cannot be generated. But if you create a new Traveltask to a network node, the task can be generated. why is that?

Non-network nodes to which you wish to travel need to be connected to a network node as a station before you can issue a task to travel to that 'station'.
The entity is connected to the network node, but it still cannot perform tasks to the entity
