Add kinetic tracked variable as option to the assign labels dropdown

Hi,

When assigning a tracked variable to a label the kinetic tracked variable is missing from the dropdown. It would be useful if this was added as an option to the dropdown. Now we do this by using some custom code.

@Patrick Zweekhorst This issue has been fixed in 23.0.11 and 23.2.1 released today.
