Hey @yoni, there are a few errors in the model you posted. To fix those, I deleted the queue "Aluminum Sheet 3A1 FAB" and remade to have it stop throwing the syntax error (I'm not sure how it got to that state). Then for the error at the Processor "Cutting", it says there's nothing defined as "Type" for the setup time. You need to use "item.Type" like you did in the Source1 > On Creation trigger to set the color.
After the errors are resolved, it seems to work fine.
@yoni, here's the fixed model with no errors: job-shop_1.fsm
Hello @yoni, Your Excel sheet is confusing. Why is a table duplicated many times? What do all the numbers mean below the cut, bend, punch, etc? I don't know how to interpret your table.
Considering you have already received help on correcting errors with your model in this post, it may be best to start a new post for how to implement your global tables and lists you had in mind. Please include more details in how to interpret your excel file.
@Jeanette F , the numbers below the operations means; cutting machine No 1, bending machine no 1, punching machine no 1, drilling machine no 1; cutting machine number 3, etc. (there are 8 cutters, 6 bendrs,, 6 punching machines, and 6 drilling machines, (1,1,1,1) is the routing thru machines labels as 1. the table is duplicated because the intent is to flow units in a single piece fashion rather than in a batch, for example type 5 items is repeated.15 times, instead of doing a batch of 15 units. i decided to flow in qtys of 1,
