Table Automatic

Hello Guys !

I would like to clarify a doubt and ask if it's possible. In this case, I have a sequence of products, 4 products A, 1 product B, and 4 products A again, and 1 product C. I wanted to create an automatic table that would record this sequence and then use this sequence to make kits following this table. Would that be possible?

Let us translate this into numbers. Then you get for example a sequence like

1,1,1,1,2,1,1,1,1,3,1,1,…

In a processor you increment a step or cycle label. You use this label value to read a row of a table with your sequence. You can use pull

Pull from Port: each input port is connected to queue of available types

OR

Pull Requirement: you choose to pull a matching value of type from all available ports.

Hi Kauan,

An alternative to the process described would be (if the input is the same for all items) to use the Arrival Sequence option in the Arrival Style source and enter the order and quantity of the desired items, and enter labels to identify the type of material.

By creating a Global Table with the kit data, you can pull the items to assemble the kits according to each item's label, changing the input information (from the kit's assembly location) using Pull from Port or Pull Requirement.
