simulate loss of material

Hi guys! I want to create a model to simulate the loss of material. I have a processor connected to a queue. I want the queue keeping only 95% of items, while the 5% goes to a sink. Could you suggest some options to build this type of simulation?

You can use the Random -> By Percentage option in the queue's Send to Port option to send the item to the sink in 5% of cases.

It does not work. I have connected a queue to a sink and I have modified output settings by percentage in this way:1724328401004.png

However al the items go to sink.

Your screenshot didn't upload successfully. Here is an example model that shows the settings.

I build a similar model but the results are not precise. I have 1188 items and the 5% loss of material becomes 68. It should be around 60. I don't understand why.
