how to modify cycle count through parameters?

I don't want to hardcode the cycle count in a date time source because I want it to be chosen before the run through a parameter, but there does not seem to be an option that allows this.

Software Version:

FlexSim 24.0.5

parameters datetimesource date time source cycle count

5 |100000

Attachments: Up to 12 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 23.8 MiB each and 47.7 MiB total.

Linking the parameter to the respective node in the Source's attribute tree should work.
