You deliver a box containing 8 items on it to the assembly line. The Operator goes to the box and takes the whole box. But you want that the operator takes only one item from the box. This happens 8 times. Then the operator takes the box and transports the box somewhere else?

My operator takes a engine in fonction of the command on his laptop, so he takes a different engine ,but in my system, he finishes the pallet and after go to the other pallets, how can I do it? Is it possibly?

I try your system.
In the attached model (2016-09-27-stacks-of-pallets.fsm) I added a queue with a max content of 4. I use the entry trigger of the queue to create visually a stack of pallets.
To create an AGV network, I recommend you the AGV tutorials in the user manual (Help menu > User Manual, chapter AGV).

Yes but it doesn't work.
So, I have 20 ranges of engine's pallets (each pallet has 8 engines) , one range has 4 floor.
Then, the AGV take one palet and put it on the "queue" in the line. The line has 20 queues because 20 several motors.
The operateur choose the asked engine and put it on the conveyor.
How can I stack several pallets?
How the operateur take only one engine ?

In the attached model (2016-09-27-agv-unloading.fsm), I pack 8 engines on a pallet with a Combiner. The AGV then transports the pallet to a Separator, where the operator takes the engines one by one.
Deaktivate "Convey Items Across Separator Length" on the Separator 's properties window. Exchange the shape to a queue shape. You find the shape [Flexsim Program Directory]/fs3d/Queue. Then it looks like a location where pallets get delivered to.
