Can you be more specific? Are they accumulating in the waiting room because you need more Doctors or Receptionists? Or are they accumulating in the room because they aren't going where they should, or there is some error in the logic? Your question is too vague to be able to clearly answer.
They are accumulating in the waiting room because I need more doctors, but when the wainting room is full they sit top of each other, I put 200 in maximun occunpancy, it is a normal the process here in the model that I am developing, but I want that visually don´t see the patients sit top of each other
If there are only 10 chairs, but you put the occupancy up to 200, then they will sit on each other, because in the logic you are basically saying that there are 200 chairs, even though visually there are only 10 chairs, so they will overlap. If you want to fix it visually, then you could add more Waiting Room objects to your Waiting Room Area as overflow areas. (Or use Waiting Lines/Waiting Areas to simulate standing room.) Would this work?
