Patients won't exit the model

This must be an easy one, but I am new to the program. I created a very simple test model, with just one track and basic activities - Arrive - Register - Wait - Triage - Exam - Treatment - Discharge - Departure. I am using all predecessors. Once discharge is complete, the patient should Travel Unattended to the PatientExitArea. Instead, the patient stays in the exam room as the waiting room fills up. My ExamRoomArea is connected to the PatientExitArea in the flowchart. There must be something I am missing, but I can't find it.

It's hard to say without looking at your model. Can you attach it?

You can also click on the patient to see what activity they're currently on.

Hi Matthew, I attached the model. I also clicked on the patients and see that their status is Receiving Indirect Care. I'm not sure how this was defined or what it means exactly, but I don't see it anywhere in the modest parameters I have established.

Activity 10 has a repeat interval set and so after ~20 minutes the patient tries to go back to the registration area from their bed. You can see this if you click on the patient and look at his current activities:

You just need to remove the repeat interval.

Thanks so much, I must have set that accidently when I was starting, then I just assumed that was the arrival pattern, as I left the pattern as the default.
