Once the first run is finished the Line Controller gets into the "Releasing" state and never executes the next production run specified in the system controller, what am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance

So unfortunately the Line Controller is an object that was used in the textbook in the past. It has been deprecated in its use, and is no longer supported as an object or used in the more recent versions of the text book. If you still want to go through the exercise you will likely need to download an older version of FlexSim to get the object working. Best of luck.
Thanks, Sam
what is the alternative to this object in the new version?
Unfortunately, Chapter 15 ("Simulating Production Schedules") won't be appearing in the newest version of the textbook. Due to popular demand, we're adding and expanding significantly on fluid modeling, optimization and experimentation, and simulation project management; we did have to cut a few things as a result, though, and the short chapter on scheduling was on of those tough decisions.
Thanks, Marcus
So, the object is still supported, but the information is not complete in the new model? is that what you are saying? if so, can you please send me the link to the previous version of the manual.
Thanks in advance
