How to record virtual distances in the statistics

I try to find out the distances my task executers travel but they only record the actual distances in the model instead of the virtual distances I set.

Is there a simple way to tell the task Executers to record the virtual distances instead of the model distances?

I`m sorry if this question was already asked, but I just can`t use the search function as it always breaks the website.

@Philip Diem,

Do you have a sample model or your actual model that you can send us to demonstrate how you are getting/recording the distances? What are you looking at that is telling you what the travel distance is?

Sorry for the search issues! I know this is affecting a lot of people. AnswerHub, the provider of this Q&A forum platform, released an update early Tuesday morning, and since then, the search has been broken.

We have tried what we can do on our side to get it working, and after our efforts failed we also reached out to AnswerHub for support.

As we wait for their help, I have created an interim solution that launches a Google Search of the site from the regular search bar. It's a bit clunky, but it allows the site to be searched a bit more conveniently than going to Google proper.

Sorry in advance to you who live in countries where Google is blocked.

I found the problem by myself. I used the wrong chart unit. Recording works just fine with virtual distances.
