Bug with dellabel when using in Flexsim 17

When using dellabel in Flexsim 2017, such as 

dellabel(current,1);

unexpecting error happend.

You appear to be right. It does not seem to take a label number, only a label name. I will notify others of this bug.

The definition was not properly put in so it only accepts a string. I've fixed this for the next bug fix release of 2017.
