Help building your entire model isn't really the purpose of this community. Here are some tips to help you out as you start this journey with Answers:

If you need help getting started with FlexSim, there are resources available in the FlexSim software. Go to the Main menu, then choose Help>User Manual. This will open the User Manual. Start with the beginning introduction, then work through Getting Started, Concepts, and Tutorials. This will give you a good foundation for using FlexSim and starting your model. In addition, your local distributor may be able to provide in-person training or personal guidance as you get started.

After you understand some of FlexSim's basics, you'll be able to start creating your simulation model. The basic steps will probably be something like:

1. Become acquainted with FlexSim and Process Flow using the resources in the User Manual
2. Start mapping your process in FlexSim using Process Flow
3. Integrate limiting resources, schedules, breakdowns, and other features to refine your model's behavior
4. Integrate with 3D
5. When necessary, come back to this forum with specific questions related to your model
