Any one having experience with Class warehouse design & simulation?

Please share the advantage of FlexSim over Class.

@Arun KR can you tell us something more, what is your intention of the comparison. It looks like that the program is a specialized product for a minor part of the material and information flow processing like you find it in Flexsim.

Hi @Jörg Vogel,

I am trying to compare FlexSim and Class capabilities in the context of Warehouse design & simulation.

As per my understanding Class can be used for designing a warehouse and simulate material movement. The default interface is 2D which can be converted to 3D.

For example Comparisons given below will be helpful :-

1) Available Libraries -Stacker Crane, Forklift, AGV, Elevators

2) Material Flow Logic and modelling capabilities

3) Racking System design, 3D Capabilities

4)Reports like Dashboards, Custom Charts, Excel, Jpeg

5)Layout Comparison , GUI's , Customized Logic , Visual Programming Tool like Process Flow

6)Excel Interface, Data base Communication, Socket Communication

7)Animation

I'm not sure what you're looking for. Yes, absolutely FlexSim can do warehousing simulation. If you want a basic overview of how and where FlexSim is currently being used in the industry and how versatile our software is, you can refer to this overview page that explains just that:
