Hi @Mfor E,

There are several different answers to your question, depending on your current licensing status.

If you have a FlexSim Healthcare license with current maintenance, you can upgrade your license by doing the following steps:

  1. Log in to your FlexSim Account at https://www.flexsim.com/account/login/
  2. Navigate to "My Licenses" at https://www.flexsim.com/account/#/licenses/view
  3. Click the "Upgrade Licenses" button
  4. Any licenses entitled to upgrades will be upgraded to their latest version. If the license is currently activated to some PC, you will first need to return the older version in order to see the latest license code in your account. After returning the license from within the software, return to your "My Licenses" page and press the "Refresh Table" button.

If your FlexSim Healthcare maintenance has expired, or if you have a timed license that has expired:

Please contact your local distributor directly, via phone or email, for a maintenance quote or new trial license.
