¿ Por que no aparece el tablero cuadriculado de flexsim?

Descargue flexsim y cuando lo abrí y cree un nuevo modelo resulta que el tablero cuadriculado no estaba, no se podia trabajar absolutamente nada. Adjunto la imagen
