Olá Aleksander. It is hard to describe this in general because it depends on what an "order" is in your model and what you mean by "fulfilling" it. Where are your orders generated? Do you have an example model that you can share?

There comes a product order.
A registration of the request is made.
If there's in stock a note is issued;
Otherwise a purcharse for resale is made.
After this the product is packaged and the shipped through the post office.
The total waiting time measures customers satisfaction.

@Aleksander TDS possibly you can use a zone. The zone can track statistics such as the time a token spent between an entry and exit block. See this post for more info.
