I have tried to install FlexSim v18 multiple times and at first, I didn't understand why when it completed the installation (I saw the Installation Complete window) it would not Launch FlexSim. After watching the installation carefully, I noticed that at the end of the installation it does a Rollback. This essentially means that it did not install anything, which is why it wouldn't Launch FlexSim. Any help on fixing this?

It sounds like the installer is encountering some sort of error before it completes.
Please check out this article regarding common installation or startup issues. It describes several different things you should try to fix the problem, including making sure your computer is up-to-date with all the current Windows updates, rebooting your computer, double-checking permissions, checking anti-virus blocking the install, etc.
If you find that one of these ideas is your solution, comment back to let us know. Or if you try everything and still have the same problem, we can work with you on getting some information from Windows Event Viewer (see the last point at the link) and see where we go from there.
