What are the options for version control on models?

Models are saved as a binary file by default, but you can choose to save the model as an XML file to better work with version control.

Refer to the XML in FlexSim page of the user manual for more information (Reference > Developer and Advanced User Reference > XML in FlexSim). Keep in mind though, that saving to XML is slower and used infrequently by other users.

Use the Auto Increment Save option, shortcut Ctrl+Shift+S
