When I open event log window in a blank new model, Flexsim stops responding.

When I open event log window in a blank new model, Flexsim stops responding.
In the case of possible reason, GPU not powerful enough on this PC and using generic render mode.
I couldn't replicate this issue. Does it happen on more than one computer? We have run in to some bugs that only appear on certain computers.
Only on the PC. The issue won't happen on other PCs.
Also tried on several version of Flexsim(18.0.8, 17.2.0, 7.7.4) results same issue.
Reseting global preferences doesn't work too.

Since this issue affects just a single PC, we should go through the steps to make sure that the PC is up to date with all its components and settings, etc.
The article FlexSim Installation or Startup Error has 10 different suggestions of things you can do to make sure that your computer is ready to run FlexSim, or to fix errors or corruption that may have occurred with your installation. I recommend going through each of these points. Don't neglect upgrading to the latest graphics driver (#3) as well as other potential graphics considerations.
