How do I import stairs in my model?

3D warehouse, download the file as a Collada type file.

Hey, jst cheking in with you guys. I attempted to download stairs from 3D warehouse as a collada file, but had no luck dropping it in the simulation I was building. FlexSim does not even recognize the download in the folder I use. I can go to the folder with the collada file, but I shows it as empty when trying to use it in my model. Can you help me with that? Thanks.

The downloaded Collada file should be a zip. Extract the contents of the zip file. Inside there should be a dae file which FlexSim can open.

Either 3D model some stairs or download them from somewhere, then you can change the 3D shape of any of the objects in flexsim. The picture below shows an example of what to do with a visual object.
