How to move roller rack into designated location in empty room

I have a process where we load items on racks. Those racks are rolled into an empty room. The full racks are placed in a an orderly method into the room. Is there a way to have each batch from a queue go to a different location? Basically, rack one goes to position 1 then next to position 2 and so on. I thought maybe I could make a rack with positions that "queue batch 1" would go to location 1. Then "queue batch 2" would go to location 2.

Do you have a model or diagram? Are these racks constantly mobile? Do they go into a position, then later need to be pulled out? More information would be helpful.

Attached is an example. Operator loads rack in room 1. The cart is then moved to room 2. Room can only hold 10 racks. Once teh max amount is achieved the room cannot except any more racks. The racks will be moved to another room later.rack-example.fsm

Attached is an example. Operator loads a cart in room 1. The cart then is moved to room 2. The rack will be positioned in an orderly method (side-by-side). Later the racks would be removed to go to another room. It would be great to allow carts to go into room until a set amount has been reached (room hold 10 racks). rack-example.fsm

Here is a basic example of what you can do to accomplish this. Since the Racks are now flowitems that are containers, you can go into its container method and specify how you want the items stacked inside of it.
