How can I put people in waiting room befor start simulation?
For example, in the process I want to simulate the registration starts at 7:00am but before that registration starts, there is already a line waiting for the registration to begin. How can I put people in a waiting area before the simulation begins? (The simulation starts when registration began to operate).

I would suggest you use a separate arrival pattern for the initial population of patients in the waiting room than is being used for the continuous flow of patient arrivals during the simulation run. Either use the Appointments schedule or the Custom Arrivals table to specify the patients who need to be in the waiting room immediately. To keep your two arrival schemes separate you may choose to use a separate arrival door object if necessary.
